We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Republic of Ireland. We're definitely looking to explore shipping to more countries soon and share the love!

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, customers are solely responsible for all fees associated with submitting the return. All returns must be approved by the customer service team in order to be accepted, and all items must be accompanied by a proof of return postage purchase.

We appreciate your patience as we process your refund! International returns can take longer for us to process, please allow 10 to 15 days for your refund to be processed. We'll be sure to email you as soon as we receive your returns, please note all items will be inspected by our QA team, so please ensure all tags/labels are visible on the item otherwise the return may be refused. All refunds will be made back to the account where payment was taken.
You sure can! Please ensure any invoices or reciepts are kept inside the parcel. This makes it easy for our warehouse team to correctly refund the item, and you in turn to receive your refund.
All customers making returns need to keep proof of purchase with tracking. Tracking is important to purchase with your return with a visible tracking number. Unfortunately if returns are not sent with tracking, we will not be responsible for any product lost in transit.
Please double, triple check your order before you place it! As soon as an order is placed, it's in our system and we can not cancel the order.
If there is an issue with your order, (and we truly hope there isn't!) please contact us immediately. We ask all our customers to inspect items on delivery and get in touch with us about any defects with the products so we can try and fix the issue as soon as possible.
