To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please note the following cut off dates:
Australia: Order by December 14th for Christmas delivery.
International orders: Order by December 27th for Christmas delivery.
If your order is placed after this time, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Processing and Delivery Time
All of our items are in high-demand and pretty exclusive, if we don’t say so ourselves.
Unfortunately that means our order processing can take a little longer than expected.
All good things take time, but don’t worry, we’re here with you for every step along the way. Our small, hardworking team will work tirelessly to get the Mia // Tati collection to you.
Orders can take between 1-5 days to process after purchase.
Once processing is complete customers can expect the below delivery and dispatch windows:
Victoria Metro only - Standard - 1-2 business days - AU $7
Nationwide - Standard - 2-3 business days -AU $9
Nationwide - Express - 1-2 business days -AU $12
International Standard - 5-7 business days - NZD $14
International Express - 3-5 business days - NZD $18
International Express - 7-10 business days -£24
International Express - 7-10 business days - USD $32
International Express - 12-15 business days - USD $15
International Orders are subject to customs clearance which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
For duties and taxes, please note it is the customer's responsibility to pay for this upon delivery.
We have a returns policy of 30 working days. This means that within the first 30 days of receiving your item you can request a return. If your return is requested after this period unfortunately we cannot accept your request.

If your return meets our requirements for acceptance, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unfortunately we are not currently offering free returns, customers are solely responsible to pay for the return of items. Please retain a copy of proof of tracked postage purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you receive your product and it is damaged, you’ve received the wrong item, or something seems to be the fault of the manufacturer, please get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com so that we can help resolve the issue.
Once our QA team has inspected your return, we will inform you via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment. Please note depending on your bank this may take 10 to 15 business working days.
